Nature of Predators - Charge of the Minas Gerais
Chapter 1: Captain Mascarenhas de Morais strode onto the bridge of the UNS Minas Gerais, a pre-Satellite Wars drone-frigate and one of the oldest active ships in the UN fleet. Even with the Venlil upgrades, the ship was showing her age. Undoubtedly, this is why she was currently patrolling a Gojid system only identified by the SETI system identification number, not even a colony name in the Venlil records. “Status?” he asked taking his seat. “No contacts,” the tactical officer reported. “All systems operating within parameters,” engineering station replied. “All channels silent,” Sįam, the Venlil comms officer, said much less timidly than they had when they started the military exchange. “Well, I think we’ve wasted enough time here. Looks like the Gojid have pulled their forces back after our bombers took out their military outposts. Helm, take us back to the main fleet. We’re not distracting anyone out here,” the captain ordered.

The Nature of Predators - The Medical Conference
Chapter 1: Doctor Rolnan peered into the conference hall taking note of the safety measures in place. The tables were set up far apart, all the exits were already propped opened wide, and crowd barriers (with a pair of Venlil riot guards) separated the audience from the speakers. Only a few attendees had taken a seat at this point and Rolnan made his way to a table opposite the podium where a few other off-worlders had already seated themselves. “Are these seats taken?” Doctor Rolnan asked? “Please,” the female Kolshian replied, “I’m Shanel. You were at the chromosome theory symposium, weren’t you? I guess not many of us were able to get off planet before ‘they’ arrived.” Rolnan dipped his head in acknowledgement, “Yes. Has anyone been able to communicate off world?” The Nynxz looked away from the group, as everyone else indicated they had not, “I can’t believe the Venlil were able to cut communications so thoroughly,” Shanel interjected drawing the tables attention, “Even the

I started this project a little over two years ago I introduced some IRL friends to roleplaying games. They hadn't played before and I didn't want to drop them off in the deep end, because as simple as 5E is, its kind of hard just to just jump into. Originally it was meant to be a slightly more complex version of D20 Microlite, but the more we played, the more options the players want to have. So I took everything that I had learned and rolled it into one giant document I call "The BroQuest": LINK In a nutshell its all my own house rules and a hefty chunk of stuff I cribbed from elsewhere, in fact so much so and so long ago I kind of forgot where I had gotten it all. A lot of it is very familiar, I enjoy 5E as it is, but there's just a couple things that bug me out of preference. Some major changes include: There's only four fundamental classes: The Mage, the Rogue, the Warrior and the Zealot. You start off as one of those and immediately get to choose a subclass that

So, yeah, there are federal troops on the streets of Portland. They don't have name badges or numbers, and their uniforms don't even have an insignia to say which agency they come from. They're not operating with the consent of the state governor, and it's not clear who they answer to or what their chain of command is. W know that they're supposed to be doing "something" in relation to the liberals who are currently rioting over whatever thing is currently triggering them (It can be hard to tell with liberals, maybe something to do with oatmeal muffins being transphobic), but it's not exactly clear what this "something" is supposed to be as they mostly seem to be vacuuming up protesters then throwing the back on the streets, or just straight up giving them a good old fashioned beat-down. If anything, they seem to be inflaming things, rather than improving them, because they're a lot more heavy handed than the regular cops (See the above comment about the beat-downs). Particularly
Hello everyone,
Been awhile since I've written a Journal, figured it was about time for one.
So after 25 weeks I'm proud that I've been able to keep to my goal of one piece of artwork per week. The more drawings (and other artwork I do) the better I will get, and while often not more than a pencil sketch I am finding it easier to get proportions reasonably correct.
What about my multi-page comics, both MLP and Earth-G? I agree these have both been on hiatus far to long, and I plan on getting back to them. It will most likely start with Earth-G's The Answer Beginnings comic as the story's finished and it's only a matter of getting back into
I'm very proud of myself. I've uploaded a sketch, picture, or single page comic every week for the last eight weeks in a row. After the sketchy upload rate prior to that Its' a good sign.
That said next week I'll be missing my usual Friday upload tim...
Hello there! I'm here because you supported me in some way! Gave me a llama, a watch, etc.!
From the bottom of my heart, your support means the absolute world to me, and I wouldn't be here without you! No words can describe how much a single watch or llama can be to me.
